In legal documents obtained by E! News, D.N.A.M. Apparel Industries is suing Lohan for $5 million for breach-of-contract.
The clothing company claims that despite initial success in department stores, the 27-year-old's fashionable leggings failed to appeal to buyers who "did not want to be associated with Lohan's drug-addled image."
The suit, which was filed last Friday, also claims that starting in 2011 "no one would touch the line."

At the ripe old age of 30 my body was falling apart. I’m so not jealous [of the competitors tonight]. I don’t want to be back out there.”
